Attendee FAQs for CHILDREN'S CLUB New York Marketplace

To ensure quality press coverage and representation at CHILDREN'S CLUB events, we require editorial press to submit required credentials from an approved media outlet. Acceptable credentials are outlined below.

General Registration Questions

In order to attend CHILDREN'S CLUB, all attendees must be qualified to determine the nature of the company's business and relationship to the fashion industry. All credentials are reviewed, and admittance to the show is subject to the approval of Show Management. Valid credentials may include: an active e-commerce website; Tax Registration showing your business is a valid retailer, wholesaler, distributor or importer/exporter; Recent invoices for the purchase of finished products.

Online registration is open throughout the duration of the show, if you are pre-qualified.

On-site registration is available on all show days. Please be aware that wait times may be longer than for those who pre-registered for their badges. If registering on-site, please be prepared to present credentials at time of registration.

For verified retailers, registration is free to attend CHILDREN'S CLUB, September 22-24, 2020 at the Jacob Javits Center, NYC. For non-retailing business categories, access may be prohibited. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more information and for assistance registering.

Your badge will grant you access to CHILDREN'S CLUB, COTERIE, SOLE COMMERCE, FAME, MODA, and PROJECT on September 22-24, 2020 at the Jacob Javits Center, NYC.

No, all on-site seminars and events are free to attend with your attendee or exhibitor badge.

Children under the age of 18 are permitted on the show floor during show hours only. A child authorization form must be completed at registration to receive a badge.

One guest is allowed per retail company.

No, a unique email address is required for each registrant.

No, each person needs to register and be credentialed separately for the event.

CHILDREN'S CLUB provides breakfast and lunch to verified retailers and exhibitors in its cafe during designated hours on show days. Vegetarian, gluten-free and Kosher options available. A variety of other food and beverage options are available on-site for purchase.

CHILDREN'S CLUB provides complimentary shuttles to get you to and from the show servicing main transportation stations in Manhattan. Please refer to the Hotel & Travel page for details on show shuttles and other transportation options.

Mobile App & Digital Badge Questions

On your smart phone, go to the Apple store (iPhone users) or Google Play (Android users).  Search COTERIE SHOW in the app store or access the following link from your device.  


Your digital badge is located within this app, on the home page under resources. Please sign in with your email address and last name – make sure your email address and last name match what you used for your attendee registration.

In an effort to be more sustainable we have adopted a digital badge. It contains the same information as a printed badge, like your name, company information, and ID. Your badge can be found within the badge section of the mobile app so you can share your contact information with colleagues. This will also be used for those that have special floor access (VIP, etc.).

Yes. In order to retrieve your digital badge, you must be registered for the event and you will need to login using your email address and last name. 

Have you completed your attendee registration? If so, check your inbox for your attendee registration confirmation email and review the contact details you provided.
